Heavenly Crafted Return Policy
At Heavenly Crafted, we want you to love every piece you bring into your life. However, if you need to make a return, we’re here to help with a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
How to Start a Return:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please make sure to contact us before sending any items back, as returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepte

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases, cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either. If you’re unsure about your specific item, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the desired product once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For our friends in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags and original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for this process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
