Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping option is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to various countries. The shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will vary.

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Additional customs, duties, or taxes may be charged to you upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Heavenly Crafted is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Heavenly Crafted is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
